Help & Support: 6
While the help files are quite useful, Soda's online support is limited to a few FAQs and a telephone number.
While we are impressed with the overall functionality of Soda PDF Professional, were disappointed that they don’t provide the multimedia tools for sound and video. Other than the lack of multimedia capabilities, Soda PDF Professional is well designed and easy to use. It has several great features, including editing, converting and collaboration tools. If you don’t need multimedia support and want an application that focuses on other features, such as designing forms, this may be a great solution for you.
